What Counts as an Electrical Emergency?

An electrical emergency is any situation where there is an immediate risk to safety or where you cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. This includes complete power loss, burning smells from electrics, sparking, or any situation where you feel unsafe.

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies as an emergency, it is always better to call and ask. We would rather reassure you than have you worry unnecessarily—or worse, ignore something that needs urgent attention.

Not Sure If It Is an Emergency?

Call us anyway. We can talk through your situation and help you decide the best course of action. There is no obligation, and your safety always comes first.
