Emergency Electrician Windsor

Emergency Electrician Pricing

Clear, transparent pricing for emergency electrical call-outs in Windsor and surrounding areas.

How emergency pricing works

Emergency electrical work is priced differently from planned work. The purpose of an emergency visit is to make the situation safe and secure as quickly as possible.

When you call, the expected costs will be explained before attendance. No work is carried out without your approval, and there are no hidden charges.

Once the fault has been made safe, the visit ends unless further work is agreed. Any additional work is scheduled separately.

How time is billed

During daytime hours, labour is charged per hour. Outside normal hours (evenings, overnight, and bank holidays), time is billed in 30-minute increments.

This means you are only charged for the time actually spent on site. Engineers work efficiently to diagnose and make the situation safe as quickly as possible.

Follow-up work

If additional work is needed after the emergency has been made safe, this is scheduled separately. Follow-up work is carried out on the next available working day.

Non-emergency follow-up rates

All follow-up work is quoted and agreed before any work begins.

Parts and materials

Any parts or materials required are billed separately from labour charges. The cost of parts will be explained and agreed with you before any work is carried out.

For emergency visits, engineers carry common parts to resolve the most frequent faults. If specialist parts are needed, these can be sourced and fitted during follow-up work.
